PIPELINE CONNECTOR
Intended purpose: The pipeline connector is designed to provide for installation clearances when assembling or disassembling fittings in pipelines of domestic water supply system with rated pressure Ру=1.0 MPa (10 kgf/cm2). The pipeline connector is also used to connect two pipelines due to a change in the installed length.
Working medium: natural water used in cold water supply systems before and after processing, with residual chlorine content from 0.3 to 2.0 mg/l.
Number of stem revolutions until valve full stroke 14
Nominal bore diameter: from 40 mm to 1400 mm.
Nominal pressure, PN 1.0 MPa (10 kgf/cm2).
Change in length from the nominal size of the installation length, mm ± 25
Max. temp. of working medium: up to 50°C.
Leakage class of the valve according to GOST 9544-2015 – «А» (no visible leakage). The water movement speed should be not above 5 m/s.
Water stream direction — any.
Material design: Connector housing material: steel 20 according to GOST 1050 or steel 09Г2С according to GOST 192819 (welded); cast iron ВЧ 40 according to GOST 7293 (cast) with anti-corrosion protection based on epoxy resin at least 0.25 mm thick.
Scope of supply:
Cast and welded pipeline connectors are supplied in the following scope:
- assembled connector;
- pallet and means of packaging;
- technical certificate (for a batch);
- operation manual.
